WGL uses TeamSnap for player registration, game schedules & communications
SMART TIPS:

Download the TeamSnap app on your mobile device & log into the TeamSnap website.

Use an email address & phone # that you use daily.

Please check your TeamSnap settings to enable messages.

Check your inbox to make sure emails are not being sent to your junk/spam folder.

Make sure you can successfully see your child's team on the TeamSnap app before the season starts.
BE RESPECTFUL
Coaches need to plan for practice plans and games.

Click attendance for all practices & games.

If something comes up between the start of the season and the game (i.e., illness), you can always change the attendance.

All known conflicts such as family events should be known.

Volunteer for the "assignments" for things such as:

Goalies
-
Weekly Snacks

COMMUNICATIONS IN TEAMSNAP

TeamSnap emails are sent to all email addresses listed on a player's profile.

Emails sent within a team are viewable only to the sender and the selected recipients under the "Messages" tab in the Emails section on both the website and TeamSnap app.

Replies to TeamSnap emails will be sent from the responder's external email program, not through TeamSnap.
TO REGISTER ANOTHER PARTICIPANT

On the CHECKOUT page, click “Add Another Participant”.

Continue this process to register additional children.
