Saturday morning skills sessions are 30 minutes and focus on fun games and drills that promote skill development and an enjoyment of the game. 

The second half of each Saturday morning session is game play, with a focus on inclusion and fun. Game play is essential in developing placement awareness and teamwork. It is also a fun way to keep the girls engaged after 30 minutes of skills.

The USA Lacrosse Athlete Development Model (“LADM”) provides guidance to youth lacrosse programs on key objectives for success, age appropriate player development and training.  The purpose at this level is FUN, introduction of basic lacrosse concepts, learning to follow simple rules and sportsmanship.
